All orders are handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality and are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is selected based on the best available rate and estimated delivery time to your location. After shipment, delivery typically takes an additional 2 to 7 business days depending on your shipping destination and method selected at checkout.

Customers will receive tracking information via email once the order has been fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system. It is important that you carefully review your shipping address during checkout, as CookUpCurls is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
